I have said this a couple times on Facebook recently, but I have been really struggling with self-image lately. Let’s walk through that a little bit, because I think there’s wider application.
As Christians we throw around the word “disciple” pretty loosely. But what exactly does it mean to be a disciple?
Hectic. Busy. Overwhelmed. Slammed. Swamped. Tied up. My dance card is full. I have a lot on my plate. I have a lot of plates spinning. Underwater. Blocked. Have you ever noticed how many ways we can say that we have more to do than we have time for?
So you have a dream you want to fulfill? Guess what? It ain’t all fun and games!
